Romiromi

Romiromi is a traditional Māori healing practice involving deep, focused bodywork. It works with the tinana, hinengaro and wairua to help release stored tension, restore movement and bring the body back into balance.

A session may include kōrero, karakia, breathwork, pressure-point work and traditional techniques guided by the needs of each person.

Romiromi may support:

• Deep muscular tension
• Restricted or uncomfortable movement
• Physical and emotional stress held within the body
• Recovery, balance and overall wellbeing

Romiromi can be physically and emotionally powerful. Please wear comfortable clothing and allow time to rest after your appointment.
